Questions
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Online payments go through your own Razorpay account straight to your bank. PikZiy Books never holds your money and adds no fee on top of your gateway's charges.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are shown before GST. GST at the applicable rate is added to your bill.
How does payment work?
You pick a plan when you sign up and get 14 days free. To continue, you authorise auto-pay once and the fee is then collected each month or year until you cancel.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the unused part of what you already paid is credited towards the new plan.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your data stays yours. You can export your customers, items and reports as CSV files at any time.
